Terms of Service

These terms apply to the alazkatechnologies.com website and to every app and game published by Alazka Technologies ("we", "us", "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps and games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the Services or any part of them, except where the law allows.

2. Accounts

Some products offer an optional account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by following the product's account deletion page.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Paid features are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases through Google Play. Google handles billing, taxes, refunds and cancellation under the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled in the Play Store at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the current period ends.
• Prices are shown in the Play Store in your local currency and may change; we will give notice as required by Google Play before a price change applies to you.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If Google declines, you may contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

4. Advertising

Free versions may show ads served by third-party networks. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for advertisers' sites or products.

5. Content

Religious texts, translations and recitations in our apps are provided for personal worship and study. Audio may be streamed from third-party hosts we do not operate; availability may change. We take great care with accuracy, but if you find an error please report it so we can fix it.

All software, design, artwork and text in the Services are owned by Alazka Technologies or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no attempts to break security, scrape or overload our systems, interfere with other users, or use the Services for anything unlawful.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In particular, prayer times, Qibla direction and Hijri dates in our apps are calculated estimates; please verify with your local mosque or authority where precision matters.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alazka Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to the Services for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
